Mid Wales Motocross
A brand-new, ACU-affiliated youth motocross club launching for the 2026 season, covering the ACU Mid Wales Centre area (Powys) and the Shropshire border. Runs a five-round Winter Stubblecross Championship over stubble fields (Jan-Apr), rolling straight into a five-round Summer Series on permanent tracks at Poolquay, Castle Caereinion and Pen y Bont, and finishing with a standalone Welsh Champion Shootout in August. Youth-only: Autos through 125/250F. Of the ACU Centres covering Cheshire & North Wales, Cornwall, East South Wales, Mid Wales and the North East, Mid Wales is the only one whose Centre championship is motocross. The other four run Trials, and in Cornwall's case grasstrack and track racing.
