Championships and race series racing in Virginia, with every upcoming race weekend.

The biggest amateur race in the world, and the one every American pro has ridden. Six days at Loretta Lynn's Ranch in Tennessee, 1,500+ riders across 36 classes, all of whom earned their spot through a nationwide qualifying process.

AMA District 7's dedicated enduro program, run by the East Coast Enduro Association across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, New York and New Jersey. ECEA is a shared regional promoter (it also serves neighboring districts) and its 2026 calendar mixes enduro with hare scramble, dual sport and FastKIDZ events at member clubs. Only the enduro rounds appear here.

Multi-state off-road GP championship run by J-Day Off-Road, closed-course races combining motocross-track sections with woods/grass, not pure motocross and not a classic point-to-point enduro. Seven rounds across Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts and New York in 2026; the season also runs a separate youth STACYC Series and a Massachusetts-only 'New England Series' at some of the same venues, neither modeled here.

AMA District 7's motocross division, a 501(c)3 non-profit running a 13-round 2026 season across MD/PA/VA/WV/NC on a shared Mid-Atlantic venue pool, including the Maryland State Championship round at Budds Creek.

One of four Victory Sports Racing series touring a shared pool of Southeastern tracks; a 20-round full-season schedule with a Tennessee State Championship weekend at Muddy Creek and further state-championship weekends shared with the BIG and ULTRA series.

Season-long points motocross series shared across two Virginia venues, Lake Sugar Tree Motorsports Park (Axton, VA) and Birch Creek Motorsports Park (Sutherlin, VA), running one continuous round count under a single 'Moonlight MX Series' banner, with each host track applying its own title-sponsor name (Triangle Cycles at Lake Sugar Tree, Piedmont Floor Show at Birch Creek). Birch Creek's own event listings point riders to Lake Sugar Tree's class list (lstmx.com) for the ruleset, confirming the two venues run one shared series rather than two lookalike ones. Distinct from the AMA District 13 (D13MX) points rounds held at both venues. An 'HSN, ULTRA & Moonlight Series' results listing for an Aug 2026 date at Muddy Creek Raceway (Blountville, TN), a Victory Sports venue, may be a genuine third Moonlight round or may just be Victory Sports co-branding one of its own rounds. Neither venue publishes the complete round list in one place, so some rounds, round 7 among them, have no date yet.

An AMA-sanctioned regional arenacross series produced by TRISTAR MX, touring arenas across the eastern US each winter with Pro and All-Star doubleheader weekends.

One of four Victory Sports Racing series touring a shared pool of Southeastern tracks; 13 of 20 scheduled rounds count toward series awards, opening with an AMA Pro-Am / Area Qualifier weekend at South of the Border MX.
